A: Yes! We’re currently accepting new patients ages 0-10.
Q: What should I bring with me to my child’s first appointment?
A: Please bring the following items to your child’s first appointment:
1. All available records of your child’s dental history.
2. Medical records, if this is your child’s first visit to the dentist.
3. Insurance information - medical and dental insurance cards.
4. All pages of our Health History Form printed and completed. You may view the form in PDF format here.
Q: What insurance do you accept?
A: Our practice is an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier, PPO, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO, and if parents have “Patient Direct” they will get the reduced rate at our office. We also are providers for MetLife-Preferred. We will be happy to assist in processing all other insurances, but we are considered an out-of-network provider. Be sure you do not require a referral to come to our office. We will not bill to Michigan Dental, Medicaid, or Blue Cross - Blue Dental Choice/MAC Plan policies. We also accept all major credit cards; including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We’re open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Q: Can I make an appointment online?
A: No; we prefer patients to call and speak with us to make an appointment. This helps us make sure all your questions are answered and that you will be prepared for your visit.
Q: How long does a new patient appointment usually take?
A: To ensure you and your child have adequate time to become acquainted with our doctors, staff and procedures, new patient appointments typically last one hour. Regular check-ups last 30 minutes.
